How to tie a simple flat bow

Tie a knot... left over right. Two ends should be facing in the north and south position.

Gather a small loop with the south facing end.

Wrap 'north pointing' ribbon around loop until end of ribbon is in the north pointing position again.

Push the middle of the 'north pointing' ribbon through the new loop you created when you wrapped the north pointing ribbon around the original loop.

Gently pull two loops into position.

Spend some time making loop size match and knot sit flat.

Snip ends of bow to points.

The completed bow.

Hope this helps you add some cute wee bows to your projects!!! Again, thanks to my handsome assistant Chris for his photo work…. (how excited was he to do this instead of watching the soccer?! hehehe   😉
