My sister’s Wedding Invitations

My big sister Glenys is getting married to a great bloke called Mick, who we already think of as part of the family .

They asked me to make their wedding invitations and I with the help of my lovely niece and ‘assistant’ Kayla and the hubby Chris on computer duties, I was able to whip up about 70 invites! Not as hard as you think with the amazing Bigshot !!!

I’ve used the beautiful Manhattan Flower textured impressions embossing folder, vellum, Whisper White & Bashful Blue cardstock. The vellum was run through the computer printer with the details of the wedding invites, then I’ve run the vellum through Bigshot with the Manhattan Flower impressions folder and stuck that onto the Whisper White & Bashful Blue cardstock. Completing the invite with a lovely matching blue knotted ribbon. I even ran the envelopes through the Manhattan Flower impressions folder and Bigshot too!! Easy-peezy.

  1. Hi there Carolyn,
I finally finished my sample for our Anniversary. They look nothing like yours! LOL Seeing yours though, gave me the inspiration to play with the Manhattan Flower folder so thank you! I didn’t end up using vellum which is shame because I really like Vellum it has a beautiful softness to it. I’m only new at both stamping and using the Cuttlebug. I’m happy with the end result though. :0)
